Groups & individuals welcome in public classes. If you have a larger group you may like to book a private class for a date to suit you.

PAINT YOUR WORLD – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All class bookings for Paint Your World are made through We Teach Me, our secure booking platform.

Refund Insurance

Refund insurance is available at checkout via We Teach Me. If selected, you may be eligible for a refund directly through We Teach Me under their insurance terms.

Gift Vouchers, No‑Shows & Late Cancellations

Gift vouchers, no‑shows, and late cancellations are non‑refundable.
These bookings are also not eligible for rescheduling.

Weekly Classes (Adults & Kids)

Missed weekly classes are non‑refundable.
Make‑up lessons are not available for missed sessions.

Rescheduling Your Booking

If you need to reschedule:

Please contact Paint Your World with sufficient notice.
Where possible, your booking may be transferred to another date.
Refund requests will be considered based on circumstances and may incur an administration fee.

Classes Cancelled by Paint Your World

If Paint Your World cancels a class that has been booked and paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.
If a class is rescheduled, you will be offered a place in the new session.
